Dianne Noble (Maciejewski)

Dianne E. Maciejewski, 67, of 18231 Turner Road, Meadville, died Sunday, May 16, 2010, in the Emergency Room at Meadville Medical Center.

Born in Meadville on Sept. 11, 1942, she was a daughter of Frank Albert Noble Jr. and Eleanore Seiler Noble. She married Richard J. Maciejewski on Nov. 26, 1962.
She was a 1960 graduate of Meadville Area Senior High School. Following high school she attended business school in Erie. She was a homemaker raising her children, but worked various part-time jobs.
She was affiliated with the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints.
She liked writing poetry. She was a member of the relief society at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints and the Wellness Center. She was an avid reader of murder mystery novels and enjoyed riding her Honda scooter.
Survivors, in addition to her husband of 47 years, include a son, Richard J. Maciejewski Jr. of Meadville; a daughter, Cheryl Maciejewski and her fiancé, Chris Kerschner, of Meadville; a granddaughter, Brianna E. Maciejewski; a brother, Frank Albert Noble III of Stokesdale, N.C.; and numerous cousins in the Lewistown area.
She was preceded in death by her parents.
Calling hours will be Thursday from 7 to 9 p.m. and Friday from 2 to 4 and 7 to 9 p.m. at Roofner-Collins Funeral Home, 544 Chestnut St., Meadville.
The funeral and committal service will be Saturday at 3 p.m. at the funeral home, with Michael Welter, bishop of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, officiating.
Burial will be private at Roselawn Memorial Gardens, Meadville.
Memorials may be made to a charity of the donor’s choice.
